Recently, we learned from SAIC Audi that the 2026 Audi Q6 — a mid-to-large-size SUV — has officially launched in China, offering 14 different trim configurations. The new model introduces a fresh exterior color called "Sandalwood Brown" and removes the headlight washer system, while retaining the same design and powertrain as the previous version.
In terms of styling, the 2026 Audi Q6 largely carries over the design language of its predecessor, featuring two distinct front-end packages: the "Yulin" and the "Feiqi." The Yulin package resembles an executive trim, highlighted by extensive chrome and silver accents, with vertically arranged grille slats. In contrast, the Feiqi package adopts a sportier look, with blacked-out elements on the grille, side mirrors, side skirts, roof, D-pillars, and rear fascia, complemented by a horizontally oriented grille.
Dimensionally, the 2026 Audi Q6 measures 5,099 mm in length, 2,014 mm in width, and 1,784 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,980 mm—consistent with the outgoing model. It remains positioned as a mid-to-large SUV and continues to offer both 6-seat and 7-seat interior layouts.
Inside, the cabin retains the familiar layout from the previous generation, including a four-spoke multifunction steering wheel, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a floating 10.1-inch central touchscreen, and an 8.6-inch lower display for climate and vehicle controls. While most features carry over, the headlight washer system has been eliminated.
Under the hood, the 2026 Audi Q6 continues to offer three powertrain options:
-
The 40 TFSI is powered by a 2.0L turbocharged engine (low output), producing 170 kW (231 hp) and 370 N·m of torque.
-
The 45 TFSI uses a higher-output 2.0L turbo engine, delivering 195 kW (265 hp) and 400 N·m.
-
The 50 TFSI features a 2.5L V6 turbo engine, generating 220 kW (299 hp) and 500 N·m.
All variants are paired with a 7-speed wet-clutch dual-clutch transmission and come standard with an on-demand all-wheel-drive system. Rokay will continue to monitor updates from SAIC Audi and provide export-related support for international buyers interested in this model.
